1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of technical equipment by Hi Impact Media Ltd., a media production company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), selling directly to consumers (“you” or “customer”).
By purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products
We sell professional and semi-professional technical equipment, including but not limited to:
Cameras and camera accessories
Tripods and support systems
Lighting equipment
Audio and broadcast equipment
Production and post-production hardware
All products are sold as described at the time of sale. Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly reflect the final product.
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
An order is not considered accepted until payment is received and confirmed.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full before products are shipped or released.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (BACS), platform payment methods (domestic and international card) and cash.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
6. Inspection on Delivery
You must inspect all products upon receipt.
Any damage, defects, or missing items must be reported to us in writing within 14 days of delivery. Failure to do so may void your right to a replacement or refund.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization.
Products must be returned in original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
Opened, used, or damaged equipment may be subject to restocking fees or deemed non-returnable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Certain items (including custom, clearance, or special-order equipment) may be non-returnable.
8. Warranty
Used or refurbished equipment is sold “as is”, unless otherwise specified.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Professional Equipment Disclaimer
Our products are intended for professional or technical use.
You acknowledge that:
Improper setup, handling, or use may result in equipment damage or personal injury.
You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your existing systems and workflows.
We are not responsible for project delays, data loss, or business interruption caused by equipment performance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will apply to future purchases only.
